摘 要:德国教育数字化转型起步较晚,但在后疫情时代和全球教育数字化转型浪潮冲击等多重压力之下,德国教育数字化转型取得了迅猛发展,并将教师教育数字化转型作为教育数字化变革的优先事项。2016年以来,德国教师教育数字化转型采取了诸多举措,包括建立教师数字化能力标准,数字化主题融入教师教育课程体系,实施与推广教师教育数字化示范性项目,为教师教育体系的数字化变革提供制度支撑等。以上举措的实施,使德国教师教育数字化转型取得积极成效,但同时还存在跨学科和跨阶段交叉融合难以有效实现,缺少统一各州的政策和法规框架,亟待制定前瞻性整体概念和搭建广泛合作网络等挑战。The digital transformation of education in Germany started late,but under multiple pressures such as the post-pandemic era and the impact of global surge in digital transformation in education,Germany has prioritized the digital transformation of teacher education.Since 2016,numerous initiatives have been undertaken to facilitate this transformation,including the establishment of digital competency standards for teachers,the incorporation of digital topics into curricula,the implementation and promotion of exemplary teacher education digital projects,and providing institutional support for the digital transformation of the teacher education system.These efforts have yielded positive results in advancing the digital transformation of teacher education in Germany.However,challenges persist such as ineffective cross-disciplinary and cross-stage collaboration,a lack of unified policy and regulatory framework across states,and an urgent need to develop a forward-looking overall concept and establish a broad network for cooperation.
