摘 要:为实现烟草秸秆的循环利用,对碱法提取烟草秸秆木聚糖的工艺进行优化。以木聚糖提取率为响应值,在单因素试验基础上,考查提取时间、氢氧化钠浓度、提取温度和料液比对木聚糖提取率的影响。结果表明,烟草秸秆木聚糖的最佳提取工艺为提取时间4.4 h,氢氧化钠质量浓度0.21 g/m L,提取温度71.6℃,料液比1∶15,烟草秸秆木聚糖提取率为26.27%,与预测值25.94%接近。各因素对木聚糖提取率影响程度依次为氢氧化钠浓度>料液比>提取时间>提取温度。研究结果可为烟草秸秆的加工利用及有效成分提取提供一定的技术支持。In order to improve the extracting efficiency of xylan from tobacco straw by alkali distillation,four factors including extraction time,alkali concentration,extraction temperature and material liquid ratio were investigated by single factor experiment.Subsequently,the response surface method was conducted to optimize the extracting process.The results showed that the best extracting conditions were as follows:extracting time 4.4 h,NaOH concentration 0.21 g/mL,extraction temperature 71.6℃,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶15.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of xylan was 26.27%close to the predicted value 25.94%.Besides,The importance of each factor on the extraction rate of xylan from high to low was sodium hydroxide concentration,ratio of material to liquid,extraction time and extraction temperature.The conclusions of this research could provide theoretical foundation and technology reference for the recycle of tobacco straw.
