摘  要:正确的职业价值观是听障大学生实现高质量就业创业,融入中国式现代化事业的前提保障。研究聚焦听障大学生歧视知觉对职业价值观的影响,以及社会适应与成就动机在其中的作用机制。对国内12所高校的听障大学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷624份,数据分析结果显示:(1)歧视知觉对职业价值观有显著负向预测作用;(2)歧视知觉通过三条路径间接影响职业价值观:一是社会适应的单独中介作用;二是成就动机的单独中介作用;三是社会适应—成就动机的链式中介作用。据此,建议营造全纳包容的社会环境,构建无障碍就业支持体系,创设“启发式”教学情境。Correct occupational values are the prerequisite guarantee for college students with hearing impairment to achieve high-quality employment and entrepreneurship,and integrate into the Chinese modernization.The study focuses on the impact of discrimination perception on occupational values among college students with hearing impairment,as well as the mechanisms underlying social adaptation and achievement motivation.A questionnaire survey was conducted on college students with hearing impairment in 12 universities in China,and 624 valid questionnaires were collected.The data analysis results showed that:(1)Discrimination perception had a significant negative predictive effect on occupational values;(2)Discrimination perception indirectly affected occupational values through three pathways:first,the separate mediation of social adaptation;second,the separate mediation of achievement motivation;third,the chain mediation of social adaptation-achievement motivation.In this context,it is suggested that an inclusive social environment,a barrier-free employment support system and a"heuristic"teaching and learning contexts should becreated.
