摘　　要：随着高等教育普及化的不断深入,高职院校学生就业形势愈加严峻,对弱势群体的家庭经济困难学生而言,就业问题更加突出,就业压力更大。通过对高职院校贫困家庭学生就业存在的问题与精准帮扶的现状进行调查和分析,提出精准就业帮扶的对策,有利于提高高职院校贫困家庭学生就业服务质量。With the continuous deepening of the popularization of higher education,the employment situation of students in higher vocational colleges has become more and more severe.For disadvantaged groups of students with financial difficulties,the employment problem is more prominent and the employment pressure is even greater.Then,the paper tries to investigate and analyze the employment problems of poor students in higher vocational colleges.The aim is to propose some countermeasures for precise employment assistance and improve the quality of employment services for poor students in vocational colleges.
