摘　　要：通过将Chem 3D与Discovery Studio专业软件融入药物化学课程的课上与课下,采用对比法,探究其辅助药物化学学习的效果。实践表明,在药物化学的课程中引入上述2种软件可提升学生的学习兴趣与学习成绩,为开发多元的教学手段提供了参考。Chem 3D and Discovery Studio were introduced into the course of medicinal chemistry,and their effects on improving the learning of medicinal chemistry were investigated by contrast method.The results show that the introduction of the two software in the course of medicinal chemistry can improve students'interest in learning and test scores.This study provides a reference for the development of diversified teaching methods.
