“五育并举”视域下的高职院校书院制模式探索

摘　　要：书院制是当前职业教育人才培养的新模式,通过对学生素质教育的不断加强,能使学生得到全面发展。通过对新时代高职院校书院制模式改革的推进,有利于落实立德树人根本任务。在“五育并举”的视域下,高职院校书院制模式是学生思政教育得到加强的一个新举措,同时职业教育“重技能轻素质”的问题也能得到根本解决。基于此,分析高职院校书院制模式兴起的背景以及高职院校实施书院制的意义,并对“五育并举”教育融入高职院校书院制的必然性和高职院校书院制发展中存在的实际问题进行阐述,最后深入探讨“五育并举”视域下融合高职院校书院制模式的路径。The college system is a new mode of talent training in current vocational education.Through the continuous strengthening of students quality education,students can get all-round development.Through promoting the reform of college system mode in higher vocational colleges in the new era,it is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.From the perspective of“Simultaneous Development of Five Kinds of Education”,the college system mode in higher vocational colleges is a new measure to strengthen students ideological and political education.At the same time,the problem of“emphasizing skills over quality”in vocational education can also be fundamentally solved.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the background of the rise of college system mode in higher vocational colleges and the significance of implementing the college system in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the inevitability of the integration of“Simultaneous Development of Five Kinds of Education”into the college system in higher vocational colleges and the practical problems existing in the development of the college system in higher vocational colleges.Finally,this paper discusses the path of the integration of the college system mode in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of“Simultaneous Development of Five Kinds of Education”in depth.
