摘 要:针对高校新教师培训中对参训教师的教学技能提升情况评价不够精准的问题,提出了以BOPPPS微格视频为对象的培训效果量化评价模型。首先通过层次分析法对BOPPPS教学模式进行分析,形成了包括6个一级指标和24个二级指标在内的评价等级。然后引入马尔可夫链,得到参训教师两次BOPPPS微课实践的各个等级数量、等级比例以及状态转移来构建评价培训效果的量化评价模型。最后利用该模型对参训教师的培训效果进行实证分析。结果表明,该模型能够很好地对参训教师的教学技能提升情况给出精准评价。A quantitative evaluation model is proposed to address the issue of improving the effective evaluation of the new teachers training program based on BOPPPS micro grid videos in universities.Firstly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to analyze the BOPPPS teaching model,forming an evaluation grade that includes 6 major indicators and 24 secondary indicators.Then,the Markov chain is introduced to obtain the number of each grade,the proportion of each grade and the state transition of the two BOPPPS micro class practices of the new teachers to build a quantitative evaluation model to evaluate the training effectiveness.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted on the training effectiveness of new teachers using this model.The results indicate that the quantitative model can provide an accurate evaluations of the improvement of teaching skills among new teachers.
