摘 要:高职学生作为创新创业教育的主体,其创新创业能力是影响创新创业教育成效的关键因素。高职院校应积极开展创新创业教育工作,以培养更多具有较强创新创业实践能力的人才。阐述高职院校创新创业教育的现状,并提出“四创融合”路径下大学生创新创业能力培养的路径。通过“思创融合”“专创融合”“产创融合”“赛创融合”,构建政校企“多位一体”的大学生创新创业培养支持体系,完善课程体系,强化师资队伍,推进理论与实践相结合,落实立德树人根本任务,全面提升高职学生创新创业能力。Higher vocational students ares the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education and their innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the key factor that influences the effect of double-innovation education.Higher vocational colleges can train more talents with strong ability of innovation and entrepreneurship practice by actively developing innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper expounds the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the ways and measures of cultivating college students innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the path of“four-innovation fusion”.Through the“integration of ideology and innovation”,“integration of specialty and innovation”,“integration of production and innovation”and“integration of competition and innovation”,the support system of university students innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation by“Integration of government,schools and enterprises”and the educational curriculum system of are constructed.We should strengthen the teaching staff,combine theory with practice,fully implement the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people,and comprehensively improve the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students.
