摘　　要：黄炎培既是职业教育的奠基者,也是乡村教育运动的先驱。黄炎培职业教育思想“从城市转向农村”交织着多层面动因,促成其农村职业教育思想的独特生成逻辑。黄炎培的农村职业教育思想发展脉络历经思想发轫、方法探索、试验改进等阶段,从农业教育意识萌生、到农业职业教育制度贡献、再到徐公桥乡村改革创举,对当前我国农村职业教育在坚守理念、跨界融合、配置制度、传承文化等层面具有积极的现实镜鉴意义。Huang Yanpei is not only the founder of vocational education,but also the pioneer of the rural education movement.The transformation of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought from urban to rural areas is interwoven with many factors,which contributes to the unique generative logic of his thought of rural vocational education.The development of Huang Yanpei's thought of"rural vocational education"has gone through the stages of ideological initiation,method exploration and experimental improvement,from the initiation of agricultural education consciousness,to the contribution of agricultural vocational education system,and then to the pioneering reform of rural Xugongqiao,which has positive practical significance for the current rural vocational education in adhering to the concept,cross⁃border integration,configuration system,inheritance culture and other aspects.
