摘 要:案例教学是利用典型的案例作为媒介的一种教学方法,由于中医皮肤科具有很强的理论性与临床实践性,因此结合临床实践,进行案例教学在带教中具有重要意义。案例教学主要由准备阶段、授课阶段和评价总结3个环节构成,为完善中医皮肤科带教案例教学,应加大中医皮肤科临床实践课程建设,完善典型皮肤科疾病案例的选择,合理分组授课,完善多元的评价与考核体系以加强师资队伍建设,以激发学生兴趣,巩固学生知识体系,以期中医皮肤科教学收到事半功倍的效果。Case-based teaching is a teaching method that uses typical cases as a medium,cause dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine has strong theory and clinical practice,it is of great significance to carry out case teaching in combination with clinical practice.Case-based teaching is mainly composed of three links:preparation stage,teaching stage and evaluation summarization.In order to improve the teaching of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine,it is necessary to increase the construction of clinical practice courses of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the selection of typical dermatology cases,rationally teach in groups,and improve the multiple evaluation and assessment system to strengthen the construction of teachers,so as to stimulate students’interest and consolidate students’knowledge system,so as to achieve double results with half the effort in dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine teaching.
