摘　　要：大学生创新创业教育是高校培养创新型人才的重要途径。民族院校在开展大学生创新创业教育的过程中受经济、地域及大学生创新创业意识淡薄等因素的限制并未取得明显效果。该文采用文献调研法和问卷调查法,从弹性学分制现状、配套设施与管理情况、创新创业环境、创新创业教育情况及评价体系等五个方面研究民族院校在弹性学分制下创新创业教育的现状,找到民族院校普遍存在的一些问题并提出相应的对策及建议,为其他民族院校学分制改革和创新创业教育提供一定的借鉴作用。The innovation and entrepreneurship education of students is an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents.In the process of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education of students,ethnic colleges and universities have not achieved obvious results due to the constraints of economy,region and the weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship of students.This paper studies the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in ethnic colleges and universities under the flexible credit system from five aspects,including the current situation of the flexible credit system,supporting facilities and management,innovation and entrepreneurship environment,innovation and entrepreneurship education and evaluation system,using literature research and questionnaire survey.Some existing problems and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide a certain reference for the credit system reform and innovation and entrepreneurship education in other ethnic colleges and universities.
