摘 要:针对研究生创新人才培养过程中出现的问题,基于科教融合理念,通过构建灵活的研究生学分制度,建立由本科生、研究生、导师共同组成的科研创新梯队,基于本硕贯通的创新工程平台,以研究生的学习和实践活动为主体,在完成科研项目的同时,锻炼研究生自主学习和科研创新能力。在这一过程中,结合线上线下教学手段、课程资源建设、产学研项目及创新平台建设,为研究生创新人才培养提供支撑与支持。这种科教融合的梯队创新人才培养模式为新工科背景下研究生人才培养提供一种可行模式,具有重要的实践意义。In view of the problems in the process of cultivating the personnel training for innovation for postgraduates,this paper establishes a scientific research innovation echelon composed of undergraduates,postgraduates and tutors by constructing a flexible credit system for postgraduates,based on the concept of integration of science and education.On the innovative engineering platform of undergraduate and postgraduate students,it takes postgraduate study and practical activities as the main body.While completing scientific research projects,postgraduates can exercise their independent learning and scientific research innovation ability.In this process,online and offline teaching methods,curriculum resource construction,industry-university-research projects and innovation platform construction are combined to provide support and support for the cultivation of graduate the personnel training for innovation.This kind of echelon innovative talent training model integrating science and education provides a feasible model for graduate talent training under the new engineering,which has important practical significance.
