摘　　要：为缓解就业市场持续低迷的现实困境,顺应新加坡产业结构转型的内在要求,适应终身教育思潮的客观影响,新加坡从贯彻终身学习理念、建设精深技能的师资队伍、创新产教融合模式、健全配套的奖励体系等方面着手,构建国民技能精进长效机制。这对我国职业教育改革具有一定的借鉴意义:构建全民终身职业教育体系,优化职业教育师资配置,健全校企合作机制,打造系统且完善的奖励模式。In order to alleviate the current difficulties of the continuous downturn in the employment market,comply with the inherent requirements of Singapore's industrial structure transformation,and adapt to the objective impact of the lifelong education trend,Singapore has started to implement the concept of lifelong learning,build a highly skilled teaching staff,innovate the integration model of industry and education,and improve the supporting reward system,to build a long-term mechanism for the improvement of national skills.This has a certain reference value for the reform of vocational education in China:building a"universal"lifelong vocational education system,optimizing the allocation of vocational education teachers,improving the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,and creating a systematic and comprehensive reward model.
