类型教育背景下高职教育的分化与隐忧

摘　　要：高等教育系统是一个开放、复杂、多样且富有活力的系统,分化、分层是其内在发展规律。高职教育从“层次”确立为“类型”是高等教育系统基于水平差异的结构分化,发展职业本科教育则是高职教育系统基于垂直差异的结构分化。在探索和实践中国特色职业本科教育过程中衍生出“升格冲动”、为获取“升本”入场资质而对关键条件的过度竞逐、“学术漂移”及“合法性”困境等隐忧,成为干扰深化高职教育改革和推进职业本科教育发展的不稳定因素。直面问题,统筹谋划,汇聚政府、院校以及社会等多种力量,并形成同向同行、相互支持与支撑的协同性治理机制与行动,是深化高职教育改革、确保职业本科教育行稳致远的基本路径。Higher education system is an open,complex,diverse and dynamic system characterized by differentiation and stratification as inherent developmental patterns.The establishment of higher vocational education from level-based to type-based is the structural differentiation of higher education system based on horizontal difference.However,the development of vocational undergraduate education is the structural differentiation of higher vocational education system based on vertical difference.While exploring and implementing China's distinctive model of vocational undergraduate education,concerns have emerged,including the upgrade urge,the excessive competition for qualifications of upgrading to undergraduate education,academic drift,and legitimacy dilemmas.These concerns have become unstable factors interfering with the deepening reform of higher vocational education and the development of vocational undergraduate education.Confronting these issues,a coordinated approach that aligns government,institution,and society to establish collaborative governance mechanisms and actions in the same direction and with mutual support are the basic paths to deepen the reform of higher vocational education and to ensure that vocational undergraduate education is stable and far-reaching.
