摘 要:目的:探讨以临床疾病为基础的课程整合模式在传染病教学中的应用效果。方法:选取成都医学院2018级全科医学理论班绵竹班的学生57名为研究对象,实施以临床疾病为基础的课程整合模式进行教学。比较实施前、后的理论成绩、教学效果及学生对教学效果的满意度。结果:实施后基础理论知识、病历分析得分及总分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);实施后教学方式满意度、学习兴趣、理解和应用能力、学习效率、分析及归纳问题能力、知识拓展能力等单项条目得分及总分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);实施后满意度评分优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:以临床疾病为基础的课程整合模式在传染病教学中应用效果显著,可提高学生学习兴趣及效率,改善教学质量,优化教学效果,学生满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of the curriculum integration model based on clinical diseases in infectious diseases teaching.Methods:A total of 57 students were selected from the Mianzhu class of the 2018 general medical theory class of Chengdu Medical College,and the teaching was carried out in the course integration mode based on clinical diseases.The theoretical scores,teaching effect scores and students'satisfaction with the teaching effects before and after the implementation were compared.Results:The basic theoretical knowledge,medical record analysis scores and total scores were higher after the implementation than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The individual item scores and total scores of teaching method satisfaction,learning interest,comprehension and application ability,learning efficiency,ability to analyze and summarize problems,and knowledge expansion ability were higher after the implementation than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The Satisfaction score was better after the implementation than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of the clinical diseasebased curriculum integration model in the infectious diseases teaching is remarkable,which can improve students'learning interest and efficiency,improve teaching quality,optimize teaching effect,and students'satisfaction is high.
