摘　　要：杜卫教授是我国美学和美育领域的资深专家,长期从事中国现代美学思想、美育学和艺术教育的理论研究与实践探索。杜卫教授认为,美育是感性教育、人格教育和创造教育,是德智体美劳中的一种形态,对培养审美素养、健全人格、发展创造力以及塑造独特个性都具有重要意义。21世纪的基础教育对发展感性素养和培育创新精神提出了新要求。为此,深化基础教育美育改革刻不容缓,加强和改进中小学美育日渐成为完善中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要环节,也成为推动新时代中国基础教育现代化转型的必然要求。杜卫教授提出,要将美育作为推动基础教育高质量发展的基础性环节,将艺术教育作为加强和改进基础教育美育的着力点,从而发挥美育对提高审美和人文素养的重要作用,促进学生感性与理性的全面和谐发展。杜卫教授还强调,高质量的美育需要高质量的教师,应对新时代基础教育改革对美育教师提出的新挑战,需要做到明晰美育教师的必备素养、创新美育教师培养模式、造就高水平专业化的基础教育美育师资队伍等。Professor Du Wei is a senior expert in aesthetics and aesthetic education in China.He has long been engaged in theoretical research and practical exploration of modern Chinese aesthetic ideas,aesthetic education,and art education.Professor Du Wei believes that aesthetic education is a form of emotional education,personality education,and creative education.It is a form of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,and is of great significance for cultivating individuals aesthetic quality,sound personality,creative ability,and unique personality.In order to meet the new expectations of the basic education reform in the 21st century for the development of perceptual quality and the cultivation of innovative spirit,it is urgent to deepen the reform of aesthetic education in basic education.Strengthening and improving aesthetic education has increasingly become a necessary link to improve the education system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as an inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of China s basic education in the new era.Professor Du Wei proposed to regard aesthetic education as a fundamental link in promoting the high-quality development of basic education,and art education as a focus for strengthening and improving aesthetic education in basic education.He emphasized the important role of aesthetic education in improving aesthetic and humanistic literacy,and promoted the comprehensive and harmonious development of students sensibility and rationality.Professor Du Wei also emphasized that high-quality aesthetic education requires a high-quality teaching team as a guarantee.To cope with the new challenges posed by the basic education reform in the new era to aesthetic education teachers,it is necessary to clarify the necessary qualities of aesthetic education teachers,innovate the training mode of aesthetic education teachers,and cultivate a high-level and specialized basic education aesthetic education teaching team.
