“核心能力提升”视域下高职生情绪管理:缘起、特征与因应

摘  要:依托教育部与联合国儿童基金会青少年“核心能力提升”项目平台,梳理了高职生情绪管理研究现状,自编“高职学生情绪管理现状调查问卷”,通过简单随机抽样,面向常州某高职院校7239名学生,从情绪管理对象、内容、操作和效果四个维度分析高职生情绪管理特征以及人口学变量在情绪管理各维度的差异。基于特征分析,从“五育融合,五维共建情绪管理培育生态;强化觉察,创新适宜体验的觉察技术;认知重评,向内催化真切的改变行动;正向赋能,涵养丰盈充沛的积极情绪”四个方面,探索高职生情绪管理能力提升路径。Based on the"Core Competence Enhancement"project platform of the Ministry of Education and the United Nations Children's Fund for Youth,the current research status of emotional management for vocational college students was sorted out.A self⁃designed"Questionnaire on Emotional Management for Vocational College Students"was developed.Through simple random sampling,7239 students from a vocational college in Changzhou were surveyed from four dimensions:object,content,operation,and effectiveness to analyze the characteristics of emotional management of vocational college students,as well as the differences in demographic variables in various dimensions of emotional management.Based on feature analysis,this study explores the path to enhance the emotional management ability of vocational college students from four aspects:"integration of five aspects of education,joint construction of five dimensions to cultivate an ecosystem for emotional management;strengthening awareness,innovating appropriate experience awareness technologies;cognitive re⁃evaluation,catalyzing genuine change actions inward;positive empowerment,and nurturing abundant positive emotions".
