摘  要:我国实行国家教师资格制度以来,中小学教师资格考试的考生群体构成经历了由“非师范生”到“非师范生+师范生”再到“非师范生+部分师范生”3个阶段。从考生群体构成演化过程来看,我国教师教育改革趋势主要体现为教师队伍建设质量要求和标准日益严格、教师培养方式更加开放多元、教师教育发展水平持续提升。研究考生群体构成演化发展趋向可以得到多方面启示,建议从充分发挥考试立德树人导向作用、深入考查教师职业素养、加大学科本体知识考查力度、科学遴选高素质后备教师等方面进一步深化教师资格考试改革。Since the implementation of the National Teacher Qualification System,the composition of the teacher candidates pool has generally experienced three stages:from"non-normal-school students"to"non-normal-school students+normal-school students"and then to"non-normal-school students+partial-normal-school students",reflecting the particularity and complexity of the reform and development of the National Teacher Certification Examination.The development of the composition of teacher candidate groups manifests the trend of teacher education reform in China:increasingly strict quality standards for teacher team construction,more open and diverse teacher training modes,and continuous improvement of teacher education.Exploring the development of the composition of teacher candidates has multiple implications for further deepening the reform of teacher certification examination,including fully leveraging the guiding role of the examination in moral and virtue cultivation,conducting in-depth evaluations of teachers'professional competence,strengthening the assessment on disciplinary knowledge,and scientifically selecting high-quality teachers.
