硕士研究生推荐免试招生提前考核的流程剖析及问题反思

摘　　要：推荐免试(以下简称“推免”)作为一种特殊的“申请-考核”制,在硕士研究生招生中扮演着重要的角色。为了优化推免招生制度,从推免招生实施过程的提前考核环节出发,分析当前我国推免招生工作存在的问题。基于72份“双一流”高校推免夏令营招生文件,对推免招生实际流程和推免招生提前考核标准进行分析,总结得出目前的夏令营等提前考核活动存在公平问题和信任危机,其原因在于规范缺失。鉴于此,一方面应将提前交流活动纳入推免招生制度,重塑推免招生流程;另一方面应规范提前交流的申请标准,维护教育公平。As a special"application and assessment system",the exam-free recommendation plays an important role in postgraduate enrollment.In order to optimize the exam-free recommendation enrollment system,based on the early assessment in the implementation process,this paper analyzes the problems in the current exam-free recommendation enrollment.Based on summer camp enrollment documents of 72"Double First-Class"universities,we analyze the actual process and the early assessment criteria for exam-free recommendation enrollment.It is summarized that equity issues and a crisis of trust between universities and students result from the lack of criteria in the current early assessment,such as summer camp enrollment.Hence,on the one hand,the exam-free recommendation enrollment system should incorporate early communication activities;on the other hand,the application criteria should be standardized to safeguard educational equity.
