摘  要:建设教育强国背景下如何提升线上线下混合式教学质量,完成高校担负的“为党育人、为国育才”使命是所有高校面临的一个紧急而迫切的时代课题。该文从全面质量管理的视角,基于“人、机、料、法、环、检”6个维度制作调查问卷,调查目前高校混合式教学现状,分析存在问题,提出有针对性的改进措施和建议。实践证明,实施改进措施在一定程度上提高了机械专业混合式教学的“实效率”,对于高校教学改革创新有一定借鉴作用。Under the background of building a strong country in education,how to improve the quality of online and offline blended teaching and complete the mission of“educating people for the party and educating talents for the country”undertaken by colleges and universities is an urgent and urgent issue of the times facing all colleges and universities.From the perspective of total quality management,this paper makes a questionnaire based on the six dimensions of“man,machine,material,method,environment and inspection”,investigates the current status of hybrid teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward targeted improvement measures and suggestions.Practice has proved that the implementation of improvement measures has improved the“real efficiency”of hybrid teaching of mechanical majors to a certain extent,which has a certain reference effect on the reform and innovation of teaching in colleges and universities.
