产教融合视角下机械制造专业人才培养质量提升策略研究

摘　　要：从产教融合的视角出发,探讨了机械制造专业人才培养质量的提升策略。首先,分析了当前机械制造专业人才培养存在的问题,包括教学内容与实际需求不匹配、教学方法单一等。随后,提出了在产教融合下实现人才培养质量提升的具体策略,包括加强产学合作、建设校企联盟、优化课程设置、创新教学方法等。最后,通过案例分析验证了这些策略的实施效果,并展望了未来机械制造专业人才培养的发展方向。旨在为机械制造专业人才培养质量提升提供一些参考和借鉴。From the perspective of industry-education integration,this paper discusses the strategy to improve the quality of personnel training of machinery manufacturing majors.Firstly,it analyzes the current problems of personnel training in machinery manufacturing,including the mismatch between teaching content and actual demand and single teaching method.Subsequently,specific strategies to achieve talent training quality improvement under the integration of industry and education are proposed,including strengthening industry-university cooperation,building school-enterprise alliances,optimizing curriculum,and innovating teaching methods.Finally,the implementation effect of these strategies is verified through case studies,and the future development direction of talent cultivation in machinery manufacturing majors is foreseen.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference and reference for the quality improvement of the personnel training of mechanical manufacturing majors.
