摘 要:目的研究基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在传染病学教学中的应用效果。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院2021年5—7月接受传染病教学的2019-1、2019-2两个乡村医师班,共计100名学生为研究对象。2019-1班49名学生作为观察组,采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式进行教学;2019-2班51名学生作为对照组,采用常规教学模式进行教学。比较两组学生的综合考核成绩,包括平时成绩(1次病例分析与1次随堂测试)及期末考试,并采用调查问卷的方式,让学生对本学期传染病学教学效果进行评价。结果两组学生的平时成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的期末成绩与综合成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的综合考核成绩及格率显著高于对照组。观察组对于提高自主学习能力、提高学习兴趣、提高综合分析能力、掌握难点知识、提供学习效率、学习目标明确、巩固课堂学习、学习不受时间与空间限制的赞同率显著高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在传染病学教学中的运用可有效提升学生的综合成绩,且该种教学模式得到了学生的高度赞同。Objective To study the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching mode based on microlecture in the teaching of infectious diseases.Methods Two rural physician classes in 2019-1 and 2019-2 who received infectious disease teaching in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May to July 2021 were selected,with a total of 100 students as the research objects.Among them,49 students in class 2019-1 were used as the observation group,and were taught in the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-lectures;51 students in class 2019-2 were used as the control group,and were taught with the conventional teaching mode.The comprehensive assessment results of the two groups of students were compared,including the usual scores(one case analysis and one in-class test)and the final exam,and a questionnaire was used to allow students to evaluate the teaching effect of infectious diseases in this semester.Results There was no significant difference in the usual scores of the two groups of students(P>0.05),and the final grades and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of the comprehensive assessment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The observation group's approval rate for improving autonomous learning ability,improving learning interest,improving comprehensive analysis ability,mastering difficult knowledge,providing learning efficiency,clear learning goals,consolidating classroom learning,and learning not limited by time and space was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-lecture in the teaching of infectious diseases can effectively improve the comprehensive performance of students,and this teaching mode has been highly approved by the students.
