摘　　要：教学查房在住院医师规范化培训中起到很重要的作用,有利于提高培训学员临床专业水平。教学查房需要着重培养学员的临床思维,防止出现理论与实践相脱节的情况,这也是住院医师培训工作的重点。皮肤科是一门病种繁多同时专业性很强的学科,需要花费大量的时间学习。强调让学员自己发现问题、剖析问题、最后解决问题的以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)查房模式可以更好地发挥住培学员的主观能动性,有利于学员更好、更快地掌握皮肤疾病的诊断及治疗,并且在查阅文献解决问题的过程中学习国际最新的诊疗方案。PBL教学查房模式对提高培训学员发现问题、解决问题的能力,适应以后的工作岗位有重大意义。Teaching round plays a very important role in the standardized training of residents,which is beneficial for improving the clinical professional level of trainees.In the teaching round,we need to focus on cultivating the students'clinical thinking ability and prevent the disconnection between theory and practice,which is the focus of resident training.Dermatology is a subject with a wide variety of diseases and strong professionalism.It needs to spend a lot of time to learn.The problem-based learning(PBL)teaching round mode,which emphasizes the process of allowing students to find problems,analyze problems and finally solve problems,can give better play to the subjective initiative of students,help students master the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases better,and learn the latest international diagnosis and treatment schemes in the process of consulting literature and solving problems.PBL teaching round mode is of great significance to improve the trainees'ability to find and solve problems in clinical and better competent for future work.
