摘　　要：文章从国内放疗技术专业设置较少和放疗技师缺乏专业培训的现实出发,以带教老师的视角,从临床理论与操作、放疗质控、科研能力培养、多学科工作团队(multidisciplinary team,MDT)参与、人文教育、考核制度等六个方面全面介绍了2007年以来四川大学华西医院放射物理技术中心对本科专业不尽相同的放疗学员开展规范化培训的探索实践,分享了机房轮转、扩大规范化培训工作范围、“引进来、走出去”、参与放疗质控、定期开展小讲课与肿瘤时讯、建立科研兴趣小组、将放疗技师带入MDT团队、模拟医疗场景进行早期人文培养等规范化培训经验,并简要说明了培训所达到的良好效果,对国内相关医院做好肿瘤放疗技师规范化培训有一定借鉴意义。From the perspective of teachers,from the reality that there are few radiotherapy majors in China and radiotherapy technicians lack professional training,this paper comprehensively introduces the exploration and practice of standardized training for radiotherapy students with different undergraduate majors in West China Hospital of Sichuan University since 2007.The standardized training includes six aspects of clinical theory and operation,radiotherapy quality control,scientific research ability cultivation,multidisciplinary team(MDT)participation,humanistic education,and appraisal system.This paper shares the standardized training experiences such as machine room rotation,expanding the scope of training,"bring in,go out",participating in radiotherapy quality control,regularly carrying out small lectures and tumor news,establishing scientific research interest groups,bringing radiotherapy technicians into the MDT team,simulating medical scenes for early humanistic training,etc.And this paper briefly explaines the good results achieved by the training.It can be used as a reference for standardization training of oncologic radiotherapy technicians in relevant hospitals in China.
