摘  要:名校发展对于扩大优质教育资源、解决教育发展不平衡不充分问题具有积极意义。“多态”不仅是名校发展的自然结果,更是名校发展的内在要求,构成了名校深层的价值旨归。教育的创新本质、多样生态、现实适性等内在属性,以及学校的个性追求,构成了学校多态性发展的内在依据。形成特色、遵循规律、尊重历史、前瞻规划等方面的质态追求,深化了名校多态性发展的丰富内涵。办学体制、教育哲学、管理模式、课程教学等方面的样态打造,勾画了名校多态性发展的多元图景。The development of prestigious schools is of positive significance for expanding high-quality educational resources and solving the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development of education."Polymorphism"is not only the natural result of the development of prestigious schools,but also the inherent requirement of the development of prestigious schools,which constitutes the deep value purpose of prestigious schools.The inherent attributes of education,such as innovative nature,diverse ecology and realistic adaptability,as well as the pursuit of school personality,constitute the internal basis for the development of school polymorphism.The qualitative pursuit of forming characteristics,following rules,respecting history and forward-looking planning deepens the rich connotation of the polymorphic development of prestigious schools.The creation of school-running system,educational philosophy,management mode,curriculum and instruction outlines the pluralistic prospect of the development of the polymorphism of prestigious schools.
