摘　　要：墨子百工教育体现了人文性、专业性、实践性和平民性的鲜明特征,注重学生的知识水平、实践操作能力的培养,人格境界的提升以及个人与社会价值的实现,其教育内容、理论、方法与实践是我国古代早期职业教育教学的成功范例,对于当今职业教育的课程设置、教学方法和人才培养等仍具有积极的借鉴价值与启发意义。Mozi Baigong education embodies the distinctive characteristics of humanity,professionalism,practicality and commonness,focusing on the students'knowledge level,the cultivation of practical operation ability,the enhancement of personality realm,and the realization of personal and social values.Its educational content,theory,method and practice are successful examples of early vocational education teaching in ancient China,and still have positive reference value and enlightening significance for the curriculum setting,teaching methods and talents cultivation of vocational education today.
