摘　　要：阐述电工教学的特点,基于理实一体化背景的电工教学策略,包括构建理实一体化教学体系、创新教材并增加实践内容、改革教学模式从而强化教学效果。This paper expounds the characteristics of electrical engineering teaching and the electrical engineering teaching strategies based on the background of the integration of theory and practice, including constructing an integrated teaching system of theory and practice, innovating textbooks and adding practical content, reforming teaching models to enhance teaching effectiveness.
