摘　　要：阐述高科技企业人才管理的特点,高科技企业的应对策略,包括以人才发展为中心、坚定先进的人才管理理念,坚持公平公正原则,给优秀人才发展的空间,提升综合竞争能力和可持续发展能力。This paper expounds the characteristics of Talent management of high-tech enterprises, and the countermeasures of high-tech enterprises, including taking talent development as the center, strengthening the advanced Talent management concept, adhering to the principle of fairness and justice, giving space for the development of outstanding talents, and improving the comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development ability.
