摘 要:教师素养是教育质量的保证,培养高素质教师是师范教育的核心目标。语文教师核心素养需要从师范院校人才培养开始。师范生人才培养存在的问题主要是,学科知识本位的教育立场、课程设置不合理、课程实施方式单一、教育教学情境缺失。优化师范生语文教师核心素养的培养,应在教育立场上由学科本位转向素养本位,在课程设置上从单一维度转向多向度,在课程实施上由单一的理论讲授转向教学方式多样化、情境化。Teachers’quality is the guarantee of education quality,and cultivating high-quality teachers is the core goal of teacher education.The core literacy of Chinese language teachers needs to start with talent cultivation in normal universities.The main problems in talent cultivation for normal university students are the educational stance based on subject knowledge,unreasonable curriculum design,single implementation method of curriculum,and lack of educational and teaching context.To optimize the cultivation of core competencies of Chinese language teachers for normal university students,we should shift our educational stance from subject oriented to literacy oriented,our curriculum design from single dimension to multiple dimension,and our curriculum implementation from single theoretical teaching to diversified and contextualized teaching methods.
