摘 要:推进趋同化管理是实现来华留学高等教育内涵式发展的重要保障。以北京工业大学、太原理工大学和上海交通大学的部分留学生作为研究对象,从教学资源、教师素养与同伴关系三个维度,对其在趋同化教学课堂中的学习体验及影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:来华留学生在趋同化程度不等的课堂中的学习体验存在显著差异;汉语水平与留学生对教学资源和同伴关系的满意度之间存在显著负向相关关系;本科留学生对教学资源、教师素养和同伴关系的满意度体验均显著低于博士留学生。Promoting assimilation management is an important guarantee for achieving the connotative development of higher education for internaitonal students in China.Taking some international students from Beijing University of Technology,Taiyuan University of Technology,and Shanghai Jiao Tong University as the research subjects,we conducted an empirical study on their learning experience and influencing factors in assimilation teaching classrooms from such three dimensions as teaching resources,teacher literacy,and peer relationships.The research results indicate that there are significant differences in the learning experience of international students coming to China in classrooms with varying degrees of assimilation;there is a significant negative correlation between Chinese proficiency and the satisfaction of international students with teaching resources and peer relationships;undergraduate international students have significantly lower satisfaction experiences with teaching resources,teacher literacy,and peer relationships than doctoral international students.
