摘 要:目的:在消化内科临床实习医师中应用以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法,探讨PBL的临床教学应用价值。方法:将某医院消化内科进行临床实习的84名本科生按随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,每组42名学生,其中研究组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,带教结束后进行单元测试和出科考试,采用无记名调查问卷的形式比较两组医学生综合成绩及对PBL教学法的评价情况。结果:研究组实习生的单元测试成绩、出科考试成绩和总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实习生在知识点掌握、学习兴趣、自主学习、团队协作、临床思维、教学满意度六个方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法应用于消化内科临床实习教学可取得较好的教学效果,值得推广。Objective:To apply the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method to clinical interns in the Department of gastroenterology,and to explore the clinical application value of PBL.Method:According to the random number table method,84 clinical practice undergraduates in the hospital were divided into PBL group and control group,with 42 students in each group.The research group adopted PBL teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.Unit test and entrance examination were conducted after the teaching.An anonymous questionnaire was used to compare the comprehensive scores of the two groups of medical students and the evaluation of PBL teaching method.Results:The unit test scores,exam scores and total scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PBL group interns scored higher than the control group in six areas:knowledge mastery,interest in learning,independent learning,teamwork,clinical thinking,and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PBL teaching method and clinical practice of gastroenterology can achieve better teaching effect,and it is worth popularizing.
