摘　　要：大学生正处于成长和发展的关键时期,容易受到外界不良信息的影响,从而产生抑郁、焦虑等情绪,对身心成长造成一定的影响。大学生心理健康教育与课程思政相融合是健全大学生人格的有效方式。高校应分析大学生心理健康教育存在的问题及原因,融合思政教育目标,明确心理健康教育定位,丰富心理健康教育课程思政教学,打造专业化心理健康教育团队,建立科学完善的心理教育评价体系,以进一步提高高校心理教育工作水平。College students are in a critical period of growth and development,susceptible to the influence of external negative information,resulting in depression,anxiety,and other emotions,which have a certain impact on their physical and mental growth.The integration of mental health education for college students with ideological and political courses is an effective way to improve their personality.Universities should analyze the problems and causes of mental health education for college students,integrate the goals of ideological and political education,clarify the positioning of mental health education,enrich the ideological and political teaching of mental health education courses,create a professional team of mental health education,establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of mental education,and further improve the level of mental education work in colleges and universities.
