高校思政课培养大学生抗挫折能力的研究

摘　　要：随着社会竞争的加剧,大学生面临的压力日趋多样,这使得挫折教育显得尤为迫切。高校思政课在高校课程体系中占据着重要位置,是促进大学生成长成才的有效保障,在培养大学生抗挫折能力方面具有天然优势。高校可通过提升思政课教师的亲和力、构建显隐结合的挫折教育理论培养体系以及与时俱进的抗挫折能力实践教育体系、增强大学生自我挫折教育能力等方式在思政课中实施挫折教育,向大学生传递正确的挫折观,提高大学生抗挫折能力,助力大学生全面健康成长。With the intensification of social competition,college students are facing increasingly diverse pressures,which makes setback education particularly urgent.The ideological and political courses in colleges and universities occupy an important position in the curriculum system,which is an effective guarantee for promoting the growth and success of college students.They have natural advantages in cultivating their ability to resist setbacks.Universities can implement setback education in ideological and political courses by enhancing the affinity of ideological and political course teachers,constructing a theoretical training system for setback education that combines explicit and implicit methods,as well as a practical education system for resilience to setbacks that keeps pace with the times,and enhancing the ability of college students to educate themselves on setbacks.This can convey correct views on setbacks to college students,improve their resilience to setbacks,and help them grow up comprehensively and healthily.
