摘  要:随着我国综合国力和国际影响力的不断增强,我国来华留学生数量规模不断扩大,来华留学教育已成为我国教育事业的重要组成部分。高校作为思想政治教育的主阵地,应深刻认识到加强来华留学生思想政治教育工作在促进学生健康成长、提高学生对中国的认知水平、促进来华留学工作提质增效、助力国家战略实施中的重要意义,摸清自身在来华留学生思想政治教育方面存在的短板,结合本校实际,从制度完善、“第二课堂”建设、师资配备、科学评估和经费保障等方面入手,逐步提高来华留学生思想政治教育工作的水平和质量。With the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength and international influence,the number and scale of international students studying in China are constantly expanding,and education for studying abroad in China has become an important component of China's education industry.As the main battlefield of ideological and political education,universities should deeply recognize the important significance of strengthening the ideological and political education work of international students in China in promoting students'healthy growth,improving students'understanding of China,promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency in the work of studying abroad in China,and assisting in the implementation of national strategies.They should identify their own shortcomings in the ideological and political education of international students in China,and combine with the actual situation of the university to improve the system,construct the"second classroom"We will gradually improve the level and quality of ideological and political education work for international students studying in China,starting from aspects such as teacher allocation,scientific evaluation,and funding guarantee.
