基于人才培养的高职院校教育管理策略探赜

摘　　要：在综合国力不断提升的时代背景下,职业教育的方向已从“技能本位”转化为“素养本位”,旨在培养更多的综合型人才,助力经济建设和文化发展。文章从高职教育的现状出发,分析基于人才培养展开高职教育管理工作的重要性,并从教育环境、教育主体和教育方法等不同的角度,明确教育管理工作的变化方向,提出要打造“双师”队伍、重构课程体系、设立实训教室、创建实习基地、设计“双创”竞赛、健全考核机制等,以提升高职院校的教育管理和人才培养水平。In the context of the continuous improvement of comprehensive national power,the direction of vocational education has changed from"skill based"to"literacy based",aiming to cultivate more comprehensive talents and help economic construction and cultural development.Starting from the current situation and reality of vocational education,the article analyzes the importance of carrying out vocational education management work based on talent cultivation.From different perspectives such as educational environment,educational subjects,and educational methods,it clarifies the direction of changes in educational management work.It proposes to create a"double teacher"team,restructure the curriculum system,establish training classrooms,create internship bases,design"double innovation"competitions,and improve assessment mechanisms,to enhance the education management and talent cultivation level of higher vocational colleges.
