试论高职护理教育中护生综合素质的培养

摘　　要：护理人员的工作能力与其综合素质息息相关,护生综合素质的培养有赖于教师正确的指导和灵活应用各种教学手段。在教学过程中,护生的自我学习能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、语言沟通能力和独立操作能力,能够帮助其迅速地融入临床,为其今后的工作奠定坚实的基础。文章从运用合理的教学方法、培养护生专业素质、培养护生职业道德和培养护生综合素养等方面,对高职护理教育中护生综合素质培养进行论述。The work ability of nursing staff is closely related to their comprehensive quality,and the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of nursing students depends on teachers'correct guidance and flexible application of various teaching methods.In the teaching process,nursing students'self-learning ability,problem-solving ability,language communication ability,and independent operation ability can help them quickly integrate into clinical practice,laying a solid foundation for their future work.The article discusses the cultivation of comprehensive qualities of nursing students in higher vocational nursing education from the perspectives of using reasonable teaching methods,cultivating professional qualities of nursing students,cultivating professional ethics of nursing students,and cultivating comprehensive qualities of nursing students.
