摘 要:具有国际化视野、双语能力的专业教师队伍是职业教育国际化的坚实保障,为国际化人才培养提供师资保障,为教育国际化提供专业翻译人才,提升服务中国企业“走出去”的能力。因此,高职专业教师有必要从“双语能力”的内涵出发,以“以点带面,产教融合,专英兼容”为原则,通过海外进修培训、国内专业机构双语培训、校内“专英融合”教研活动等多渠道提升双语素质,并依托院校国际合作项目、外向型企业等开展双语实践活动。A professional teaching team with an international perspective and bilingual ability is a solid guarantee for the internationalization of vocational education,providing teacher support for the cultivation of international talents,professional translation talents for the internationalization of education,and enhancing the ability to serve Chinese enterprises' “going abroad”.Therefore,it is necessary for higher vocational and technical teachers to start from the connotation of “bilingual ability” and follow the principle of “Integration of Production and Education,From a Point to an Area,as well as Integration of Specialties and English”.The bilingual quality should be improved through multiple channels such as overseas further training,domestic professional institution bilingual training,and campus teaching and research activities of “Integration of Specialties and English”,and at the same time,bilingual practice should be carried out relying on international cooperation projects in colleges and export-oriented enterprises.
