摘  要:目的探索和评价混合式教学模式在中医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至12月蚌埠医学院2019级五年制临床医学专业的学生作为研究对象,采用整群抽样的方法随机抽取2个班分别作为试验组(68人)和对照组(64人),对照组采用传统线下教学模式,试验组采用混合式教学模式,比较两组学生的成绩并进行问卷调查,评价教学效果。结果试验组的随堂测试考核成绩和教学优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的教学质量、教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医学课程教学中运用混合式教学模式,有助于提高学生成绩、教学优良率及教学质量,学生的教学满意度较高,应用效果较好,值得推广。Objective To explore and evaluate the application effect of mixed teaching mode in traditional Chinese medicine teaching.Methods Students majoring in clinical medicine of Grade 2019 in Bengbu Medical College from September to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(64 students)and the experimental group(68 students)according to the cluster sampling method.The traditional online teaching mode was adopted in the control group,while the mixed teaching mode was adopted in the experimental group.The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by means of score analysis and questionnaire survey.Results The in class test scores and teaching excellence and good rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching quality and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of mixed teaching mode in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine is good,and it is worth promoting.It helps to improve student achievement,teaching excellence and good rate and teaching quality,students'teaching satisfaction is high.
