医学本科生科技创新能力培养现状与发展对策

摘　　要：近年来,我国医学教育的发展日新月异,大学生科技创新能力的培养已成为新时代的需要。医学专业本科生需要具备一定的科技创新能力,以适应快速发展更新的医学知识和技术,这不仅能帮助他们提升个人的综合素养,也能使他们在未来能提供高质量的医疗服务,促进医疗事业的进步。当前医学专业本科生创新能力培养尚处于起步阶段,尽管国家、政府以及高校通过多种途径提高大学生的科技创新能力,但目前仍存在一些问题亟待解决。以苏州大学为例,本科生存在创新意识薄弱、缺少科研机会等问题,而学校的教学宣传、资金、设备及师资力量支持不够完善,客观上也限制了本科生创新能力的培养。针对这些问题,国家、高校和本科生个人层面都应采取相应举措进行改善。国家层面应出台或完善相关政策,引导和支持医学专业本科生开展科研工作,同时加强基础设施建设,建立完善科研指导体系,为本科生科技创新创造良好条件,并加强科研成果转化。高校层面应积极响应落实国家政策号召,加强本科生的创新创业教育,优化教学体系,对传统应试教育加以改革,加强研究型教学,并且提供充足有效的科研平台和资源,完善本科生科研管理和评价体系,让医学专业本科生有意识、有能力、有资源开展科研工作。本科生个人层面则应当努力掌握专业知识、提高学科素养,积极了解领域内前沿的热点问题与进展,并充分利用学校提供的科研平台和资源,参加到科研实践中去。唯有经过多方面不懈努力,医学专业本科生的科技创新能力才能得到质的提高,从而为国家医疗卫生事业做出更大贡献。In recent years,with the rapid development of medical education in China,the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of undergraduate students has become the need of the new era.Medical undergraduate students must possess scientific and technological innovation skills to keep up with the rapid advancements in medical knowledge and technology.These abilities will not only improve their overall competency but also enable them to provide high-quality medical services in the future and promote the advancement of the medical field.At present,the cultivation of innovation ability of medical undergraduate students is still in its infancy.Although the state,government and universities have improved the scientific and technological innovation ability of undergraduate students through various ways,there are still some problems to be solved.Taking Soochow University as an example,it has been found that medical undergraduate students generally exhibit a lack of innovation awareness and face limited research opportunities.Insufficient support in teaching promotion,funding,equipment,and teaching staff also objectively limits the cultivation of undergraduate students'innovative abilities.To address these issues,corresponding measures should be taken at the national,university,and individual levels.At the national level,it is crucial to introduce or improve policies that guide and support undergraduate students in medical majors to conduct scientific research effectively.Additionally,there is a need to strengthen infrastructure construction,establish a comprehensive scientific research guidance system,and create a supportive environment that fosters scientific and technological innovation among undergraduate students.Furthermore,it is essential to enhance the transformation of scientific research achievements into practical applications to benefit society.At the university level,it is necessary to actively respond to national policy calls and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education for undergr
