摘 要:“培养什么样的人”一直是教育研究的核心问题。在复杂性、不确定性、易变性的今天,以创新应对变化成了一种必然选择。面对中国式现代化建设的目标,拔尖创新人才培养的作用愈发凸显。如何培养“创新人”也就成了中国教育回避不了的挑战和问题。自20世纪80年代以来,吴康宁教授以其学术责任感与学术敏锐感开展我国“创新人”的培养的研究。在访谈过程中,吴康宁教授就“创新人”的核心概念、“创新人”的培养以及中国本土语境下“创新人”的培养作了阐述。The question of“what kind of people to cultivate”has remained a fundamental issue within the realm of educational research.In the face of intricacy,indeterminacy,and volatility in contemporary circumstances,embracing innovation as a means to navigate change becomes an imperative choice.With the goal of Chinese-style modernization,the role of cultivating top-notch innovative talents is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,the question of how to cultivate“innovative people”inevitably becomes an inescapable challenge and quandary within the educational landscape of China.Since the 1980s,Professor Wu Kangning has been conducting research on innovative people/education in China,demonstrating a profound academic sense of responsibility and acuity.During the interview,Professor Wu expounded upon the core concept of“innovative people”,the cultivation of innovative people,and the cultivation of innovative people in the local Chinese context.
