基于技能大赛的高职园林专业学生核心素养提升路径研究

摘　　要：近年来高职院校学生核心素养的培养越来越被重视。技能大赛对于高职院校师生提供了交流学习平台,为专业课程改革提供依据,同时也提升了学生的综合素养,这些对于高职院校师生的核心素养提升有着积极的作用。文章对高职园林专业学生核心素养概念进行了界定,探讨了技能大赛对学生核心素养提升的作用,并提出基于技能大赛的高职园林专业学生核心素养提升方法与策略:加大榜样的宣传,促进全员进步;坚持大量重复训练,培养学生的竞赛能力;改革教师教学方法,培养学生职业素养;加强教师师资队伍建设,培养工匠精神。以提升高职学生的核心素养,为社会培养更多技术技能型人才。In recent years,the cultivation of core quality of students in higher vocational colleges has been paid more and more attention.Skills competition provides a learning platform for teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,provides a basis for professional curriculum reform,and also improves students’comprehensive quality,which plays a positive role in improving the core quality of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.This paper defines the concept of core literacy of students majoring in landscape architecture in higher vocational college,discusses the role of skill competition in improving the core literacy of students,and puts forward the methods and strategies to improve the core literacy of students majoring in landscape architecture in higher vocational college based on skill competition:increasing the publicity of role models and promoting the progress of all students;insisting on a lot of repeated training to develop students’competitive ability;reforming teachers’teaching methods and cultivate students’professional quality.We will strengthen the ranks of teachers and foster the spirit of craftsmanship to improve the core quality of higher vocational students and train more technical talents for the society.
