摘　　要：会计专业学生职业素养的培育提升不仅是中高职院校教育培养的基本要求,也是学生职业发展的重要砝码。文章以中高职衔接背景下会计专业学生职业素养提升的重要性为切入点,从学生、学校、企业三方分析影响职业素养提升的因素,探索中高职衔接背景下会计专业学生职业素养的提升路径。The cultivation and improvement of professional quality of accounting students is not only the basic re⁃quirement of education and training in secondary and higher vocational colleges,but also an important impact on students'career development.Based on the importance of improving the professional quality of accounting students in the context of the connection between scecondary and higher vocational education,the article analyzes the fac⁃tors that affect the improvement of professional quality from three aspects:students,schools and enterprises,and explores the path to improve the professional quality of accounting students in the context of the connection be⁃tween secondary and higher vocational education.
