摘 要:目的探讨以案例为引领的多模式教学法在康复治疗技术专业综合实训中的运用。方法选择泰州职业技术学院康复治疗技术专业2020级学生,共计128人为研究对象,康复(1)班63人为实验组,采用以案例为引领的多模式教学法进行教学,康复(2)班65人为对照组,采用传统教学法进行教学。课程结束后,调查两组学生学习情况,并对两组学生的操作技术考核和案例分析能力考核的成绩进行比较。结果实验组在加强基础知识掌握、加强动手操作能力、提高团队协作能力、提高学习自觉性和积极性、提高解决问题的能力等8个方面,均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。在操作技术考核和案例分析能力考核等方面,实验组均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论以案例为引领的多模式教学法在康复治疗技术专业综合实训中的运用,在提升学生学习自觉性、积极性、自学能力;加强学生知识掌握,培养临床思维能力和团队协作能力等方面,具有明显优势。Objective To explore the application of case-based multimodal teaching method in comprehensive training of rehabilitation therapy technology majors.Method A total of 128 students from the rehabilitation treat⁃ment technology major of Taizhou Polytechnic College were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group consisted of 63 students of Class 2020 in Class 1 majoring in rehabilitation,who were taught using a multi-mode teaching method led by cases.The control group consisted of 65 students of Class 2020 in Class 2 majoring in rehabilitation,who were taught using traditional teaching methods.When the course was over,a questionnaire was used to continue investigating the students'learning situation,and a comparison of perfor⁃mance was conducted to assess the operational skills and case analysis ability of the two groups.Result The ex⁃perimental group outperformed the control group in 8 aspects,including enhancing basic knowledge mastery,en⁃hancing hands-on operation ability,improving team collaboration ability,enhancing learning awareness and en⁃thusiasm,and improving problem-solving ability,with significant differences(P<0.05).The experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of operational skills assessment and case analysis ability assessment,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,the application of case-based multimodal teaching method in comprehensive training of rehabilitation treatment technology ma⁃jors,enhances students'learning awareness,enthusiasm,and self-learning ability;strengthening students'knowl⁃edge acquisition,cultivating clinical thinking ability and team collaboration ability And this method has obvious advantages.
