摘 要:目的:了解青岛市农贸市场、超市甲壳类、软体类海产品中重金属相关污染物的含量,了解受污染的情况,为科学评估海产品中重金属的危害提供数据支撑。方法:2022年在青岛市10个市区农贸市场、超市采集120份甲壳类、软体类海产品,按照《食品中多元素的测定》(GB 5009.268—2016)、《食品中铅的测定》(GB 5009.12—2017)、《食品中镉的测定》(GB 5009.15—2014)、《食品中总汞及有机汞的测定》(GB 5009.17—2014)等标准进行检测。结果:120份样品中铅、汞、镉、铬检出率分别为55.00%、36.67%、85.83%、81.67%,超标率分别为1.67%、0、13.33%、23.33%。结论:2022年青岛市市场销售的甲壳类、软体类海产品重金属污染状况需要引起高度重视。OBJECTIVE To understand the content of heavy metal pollutants in crustaceans and soft-bodied seafood in Qingdao markets and supermarkets,to understand the pollution situation,and to provide data support for the scientific assessment of the harm of heavy metals in seafood.METHODS In 2022,120 pieces of crustaceans and soft seafood were collected from 10 markets and su⁃permarkets in Qingdao,and tested according to the standards of DETERMINATION OF MULTIPLE ELEMENTS IN FOOD(GB 5009.268-2016),DETERMINATION OF LEAD IN FOOD(GB 5009.12-2017),DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM IN FOOD(GB 5009.15-2014),and DETERMINATION OF TOTAL MERCURY and ORGANIC MERCURY IN FOOD(GB 5009.17-2014).RESULTS The detection rates of lead,mercury,cadmium and chromium were 55.00%,36.67%,85.83%and 81.67%,and the the over standard rates rates were 1.67%,0%,13.33%and 23.33%,respectively.CONCLUSION The heavy mental contamination in seafood in Qingdao in 2022 should be paid high attention.
