摘　　要：劳动教育是实现立德树人根本任务的重要组成部分,推进劳动育人是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容。为深入贯彻落实高校劳动教育,发挥专业劳动教育在立德树人过程中的主体地位,针对高职院校劳动教育存在的问题提出若干原则,并结合高职农林类专业实际情况,探讨以技能提升为核心的劳动教育模式改革与实践。聚焦专业劳动教育的开展,系统介绍“一课一地、能劳耦合”劳动教育教学模式及实践效果,以期从实践中不断总结经验,为培养高职院校学生热爱劳动、崇尚劳动提供实践参考价值和启发。Labor education is an important part of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.Promoting labor education is an important content of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.In order to thoroughly implement the labor education in Colleges and universities and give full play to the main position of professional labor education in the process of building morality and cultivating people,this paper analyzes the current situation of labor education in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the theoretical path for the problems existing in labor education in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the reform and practice of labor education mode based on the concept of improving the skills in combination with the actual situation of agriculture and forestry majors in higher vocational colleges.Focusing on the development of professional labor education,this paper systematically introduces the teaching mode and practical effect of"one lesson,one place,ability and labor coupling"labor education,in order to continuously summarize experience from practice and provide practical reference value and inspiration for cultivating students in Higher Vocational Colleges to love and advocate labor.
