摘  要:针对苏州及张家港市产教融合型试点企业的遴选情况展开分析,通过数据剖析现有产教融合型试点企业的申报及规上企业在校企合作开展过程中存在的问题。重点从提升产教融合重要性认识、强化角色和作用、现行产教融合组织架构的缺陷、共享型组织架构及产教融合联合体对促进产教融合的作用等方面进行阐述,对提升产教融合校企合作的深度和广度进行讨论,并对如何做好产教融合校企合作工作提出建议。This paper analyzes the selection of pilot industry-education integrated enterprises in Suzhou and Zhangjiagang.Through the data analysis,the problems existing in the application of the existing pilot enterprises of industry-education integration and the problems existing in the process of school-enterprise cooperation are analyzed.This paper mainly discusses the depth and breadth of the school-enterprise cooperation to enhance the integration of production and education from the aspects of improving the understanding of the importance of integration of production and education,strengthening the role and function,the defects of the current organizational structure of integration of production and education,the shared organizational structure and the role of the integration of production and education in promoting the integration of production and education,and proposes some suggestions on how to do a good job in the integration of production and education.
