摘　　要：现代学徒制是职业教育中的一种新方式,对提升职业教育人才培养质量具有重要作用。现代学徒制在西方国家职业教育中取得了较大成功,但当前我国江苏现代学徒制职业教育中还存在保障制度不完备、联合培养驱动力不强、未能体现现代学徒特征和优秀师资不足等问题。构建“双元四驱”框架下职业教育现代学徒制产教融合人才培养体系,需要从推动招生制度改革、学徒合法身份确认、建立学历教育与资格教育融通制度、完善四驱导师选拔机制和共建共享教学资源等方面入手,强化现代学徒制在江苏职业教育体系中的育人实效。Modern apprenticeship is a new way of vocational education,which plays an important role in improving the quality of vo⁃cational education talents training.Modern apprenticeship system has achieved great success in vocational education in western countries,but there are still problems in current modern apprenticeship vocational education in Jiangsu Province,such as incomplete guarantee systems,weak driving forces for joint training,failure to reflect the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,and insuffi⁃cient excellent teachers.To build a talents training system of integration of industry and education of modern apprenticeship system for vocational education under the framework of"dual system and four-wheel drive",it is necessary to promote the reform of the en⁃rollment system,confirm the legal identity of apprentices,establish the integration system of academic education and qualification education,improve the selection mechanism of four-wheel drive mentors,and jointly build and share teaching resources.The educa⁃tional effectiveness of the modern apprenticeship system in Jiangsu vocational education system is strengthened.
