卓越法治人才引擎下赛教融合教学模式探索

摘　　要：卓越人才应当体现在理论知识、实务能力、道德情操等多个方面。教学模式对德法兼修的卓越法治人才培养具有重要影响,赛教融合教学模式的研究,应当围绕融合理念、融合途径以及实践意义三个重点。融合理念贯穿于该教学模式建设的全过程,包含课程内容与竞赛活动相结合、教学方法与竞赛规则相结合、课程考核与竞赛实训相结合。融合路径主要分为两条,课程讲授中要善于利用比赛规则优化教学手段、借鉴赛题优化课程资源、多平台联动提升授课效果;课程实训中要完善实训条件、设计实训环节、实施实训活动、考核实训成绩。通过赛教融合促进教育质量的提升,从而实现卓越法治人才的培养目标。Outstanding talents should be reflected in many aspects such as theoretical knowledge,practical ability and moral sentiment.The teaching mode has an important influence on the cultivation of outstanding legal talents.The research on the teaching mode should focus on the concept of integration,the way of integration and the practical significance.The concept of integration runs through the whole process of the construction of the teaching model,including the combination of course content and competition activities,the combination of teaching methods and competition rules,and the combination of course assessment and competition training.The integration paths are mainly divided into two.In the course teaching,it is necessary to make good use of the competition rules to optimize the teaching methods,learn from the competition questions to optimize the course resources,and improve the teaching effect through multi-platform linkage.In the course training,it is necessary to improve the training conditions,design the training links,implement training activities and assessment of training results.Promote the improvement of education quality through the integration of competition and education,and finally achieve the goal of training outstanding legal talents.
