摘 要:目的 探究案例教学法在心血管中医护理临床教学中的价值。方法 本研究采用对照法,随机筛选2019年10月—2022年10月医院心血管内科实习护士生60名,通过抽签的方式将60例护士生均分为接受常规中医护理教学法的对照组30例以及接受案例教学法的试验组30例,对两组实习护士生的考核成绩、教学效果进行实时评估,并对两组护士实习生的教学满意度进行对比。结果 试验组实习护士生的综合考核成绩(理论基础+临床技能实操)和对照组实习护士生相比得分较高,基础理论知识掌握更加牢靠,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);试验组实习护士生在中医护理临床思维能力应用、独立思考解决突发问题能力、面对临床问题自主评估独立解决等实操方面表现出较强的随机应变能力和知识应用能力,得分情况远高于对照组实习护士生,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组实习护士生的满意程度综合比较为,试验组实习护士生教学满意度100.00%、整体满意度95.00%,对照组实习护士生教学满意度80.00%、整体满意度65.00%,无论是教学满意度还是整体满意度试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05);结论 在心血管中医临床护理教学中,传统教学法无法很好地激发实习护士生的学习兴趣,提升个人临床护理能力,案例教学法更加科学直观,更加高效地帮助他们掌握基础的理论知识并培养其独立思考解决问题的能力,有助于临床教学的实施,提升学员的技术水平,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of case teaching method in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular nursing in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In this study,a control method was adopted to randomly screen 60 practicing nurses in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the 988 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from October 2019 to October 2022.The 60 nurse students were divided into a control group receiving conventional traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching method(30 cases)and an experimental group receiving case teaching method(30 cases)by drawing lots.The assessment results and teaching effects of the two groups of student nurses were evaluated in real time,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nurse interns was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher score in the comprehensive assessment(theoretical basis+clinical skills practice)and the experimental group had a more solid grasp of basic theoretical knowledge.The data were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The practice nurses in the experimental group showed strong adaptability and knowledge application ability in the application of clinical thinking ability of TCM nursing,independent thinking ability to solve emergent problems,independent evaluation and independent solution of clinical problems,and scores were much higher than those in the control group,the data were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The comprehensive comparison of the satisfaction of the two groups of student nurses was as follows:teaching satisfaction of student nurses in the experimental group was 100.00%and the overall satisfaction was 95.00%;teaching satisfaction of student nurses in the control group was 80.00%and the overall satisfaction was 65.00%;both teaching satisfaction and the overall satisfaction of student nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con
