论教育强国的文明逻辑

摘　　要：阐发教育强国的本质内涵是当前中国教育学重大新使命,“文明”是必要的视角与方法。以“文明”论教育强国,首先需要确证两个基本逻辑前提,一是批判性地分析文明概念,完成文明概念的中国式建构;二是整体把握教育与文明的内在关联,建立关于教育促进文明、文明奠基教育、教育作为文明的基本认识。立足中国式文明概念及教育与文明关系的三种基本认识,可进一步深入到教育强国三重文明逻辑的建构:教育强国即以教育强国家之文明,教育强国即以文明强国家之教育,教育强国即强国家教育文明。这三重逻辑纲要性地实现了以“文明”回答教育强国“何以强”的根本性问题,以及通过“文明”而构思教育强国内在法则的理论任务。Elucidating the essential connotation of an education power with the"civilization"as the necessary perspective and method is a magnitude new mission of current China's pedagogy.It is necessary to confirm two basic logical preconditions by discussing education power based on"civilization":one is to critically analyze the concept of civilization in order to complete the civilization concept of Chinese construction;and the other is to grasp the intrinsic connection between education and civilization as a whole for establishing the basic understanding of education promoting civilization,civilization providing a foundation for education and education regarding itself as civilization.There are three basic understandings based on the concept of Chinese civilization and the relationship between education and civilization,which can further deepen into the construction of the triple civilization logic of education power:a powerful nation of education means using education to strengthen the national civilization,using civilization to strengthen national education and to strengthen national education civilization.This triple logic outlines the fundamental question of"why education is strong"of education power through"civilization",as well as the theoretical task of conceptualizing the laws of education power through"civilization".
